The Heritage Oyster represents the traditional farming methods of the Ralston Family. Unlike the Waterfall Oyster the Heritage Oyster is grown on an inch by inch timber stick. Heritage Oysters can take up to four years until ready to be placed in finishing baskets.

To refine the Heritage Oyster, oceanic tidal currents are implemented along with perfected farming techniques, ensuring the meat is softened and tenderised, and overall texture and flavour are exquisite. The Heritage Oyster and Waterfall Oyster are both superb products but are grown in two separate ways giving them each unique shape, size and flavour.

All of Ralston Bros Oysters are hand selected and finished in the freshest oceanic water for a premium product.
